The Legal Bit

1 MINI tlc must be bought and paid for within 30 days of taking delivery of a new MINI from any MINI Dealer in the UK.
2 MINI tlc covers the cost of the parts, lubricants and labour involved in all MINI servicing for 5 years / 50,000 miles, whichever milestone is reached first. It does not cover repair and maintenance items, such as tyres, brake pads, top-ups etc.
3 Services which do not have a voucher in the MINI tlc book are not included in the MINI tlc package. If in doubt, ask your MINI Dealer or MINI Service Authorised Workshop for clarification.
4 Servicing must be carried out at a MINI Service Authorised Workshop by MINI Approved Technicians.
5 Servicing conducted under MINI tlc must be carried out in line with the Manufacturer's time and mileage recommendations.
6 Any form of tuning or performance enhancement that is not MINI approved invalidates the MINI tlc agreement.
7 MINI tlc is transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car.
8 MINI UK reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
